You will then be given your ERA Wellness Starter kit which provides all of the essential supplies you will need to be successful in the transformation program and draw your labs to check your overall wellness before your weight loss journey.
Getting Started
Lab results and goals will be discussed and a tailored treatment plan will be created based off of your starter kit and lab results. The treatment plan will include dietary recommendations, medication dosing, vitamin prescribing, and your specific activity regimen as you progress in losing weight.
Follow-Up
Weekly visits will include medication and vitamin injections, weigh-ins and reviewing previous week's challenges and successes towards your optimal wellness. When you visit the clinic monthly, we will have complete biometric screening to check measurements, change medication dosing, and screen your body fat and muscle percentages.
